PROACTIVE PILATES
Terms and Conditions - 8 Classes per Month
- PAYMENTS: For Cancel Anytime membership a fee of $204 will be paid every 4 weeks. For 6 Month Commitment membership a fee of $184 will be paid every 4 weeks. Payment options can be either direct debit from your bank account or a credit card. By nominating a credit or debit account, you are authorising us to deduct from that account all fees and other charges for which you may be responsible under this agreement.
- FAILED PAYMENTS: Payments sometimes decline because of card problems, security or funding issues. If this happens a $5 fee is imposed by our payment processing company and you will need to provide an alternative payment within 7 days.
- COMMITMENT PERIOD: When you purchase the 6 Month Membership, you are committing to a minimum 6 Months. After this term payments will continue to be deducted on a 4 week billing cycle. The Cancel Anytime Membership can be stopped with 7 days notice.
- REFUNDS: We do not grant refunds and memberships are non-transferable between individuals. All unused classes will expire at the end of the 4 week billing period and extensions will not be permitted.
- BILLING CYCLE: Your membership can start from your date of purchase or you can nominate a date for it to start. Your payment will then fall on the same day of the week (i.e. every Monday) every 4 weeks thereafter. We highly recommend selecting a Monday start for ease of managing your cycle.
- CLASS BOOKINGS: Classes must be purchased and booked via the Mindbody booking system. You can access the booking system via our website (proactivepilates.com) or Proactive Pilates App prior to attending classes. Please arrive on time for your class. If you are late, your spot may be given to a person on the waitlist. Classes may be cancelled, or class schedule may be modified during public holidays or long weekends.
- ADDITIONAL CLASSES: Extra sessions within that 4 week period can be purchased online at your discounted membership rate.
- LATE CANCELLATIONS: You must cancel within 12 hours of your class or you will forfeit the class. Cancellations can only be done via the Mindbody app, Proactive Pilates App or our website. Phone calls, text messages, voicemails and social media messages will not be accepted. Please note that emails will not be answered over the weekend.
- NO SHOW FEES: You will receive a $15 no show fee if you do not show up for a class that you are booked in for and have not cancelled.
- WAITLISTS: If a class is full you can add yourself onto the waitlist. If space becomes available you will be notified via email and/ or text message up to 1 hour before the class begins. Please treat the waitlist like a normal class booking and remove yourself if you are unable to attend. You are subject to the late cancelation and no show terms should you be added into the class within 12 hours of it starting. It is your responsibility to ensure your account notifications are enabled for such alerts.
- TERMINATION: To terminate your membership, 7 business days notice must be provided via an email to info@proactivepilates.com.au
- SUSPENSIONS: Memberships can be suspended for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 8 weeks. We require a minimum of 7 business days notice. An administration fee of $10 will be charged each time you place your membership on suspension or extend your suspension. For an immediate suspension, there will be an administration fee of $15 unless a medical certificate is supplied on the day of suspension request. Membership suspensions can be requested by via an email to info@proactivepilates.com
- SWITCHING MEMBERSHIPS: You can request to switch membership options outside of your commitment period by emailing us at info@proactivepilates.com.au
- PRICE INCREASE: Memberships are subject to price increases at Proactive Pilates discretion. Such changes will be conveyed in writing via email with at least 30 days notice.
- I agree that Proactive Pilates will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and that full care must be taken when receiving instructions and performing exercises. I accept that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Proactive Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
