Cancelling a session will allow waitlisted clients to take your place in the class.
Block & Monthly Packages: Cancellations after the 12 hour deadline will result in forfeiting your class.
Unlimited Membership: A $15 late cancellation fee will be automatically deducted from your nominated account.
No shows will not be accepted. If you reserve a space and not show up without contacting us or cancelling online, a $15 fee will be debited from your account.
Wait Lists
If you are on the waitlist please be aware that you are requesting to be added into the class. If a space comes available you will be added to the class up to 60 min before class time. To confirm you will be sent an email or text message. If you are unable to attend after you have been added to the class please cancel online. If you are on the waitlist and get added into the class inside our 12 hour cancellation period and decide you will not be attending and decline the confirmation email or text you will still be charged the session as it’s inside the 12 hour cancellation period. To avoid the losing your session please cancel off the wait list before the 12 hour mark.
Class Cancellation
A minimum of 2 clients are required for a group session to run. If 3 hours prior to a class starting, you are the only client booked in, the class will unfortunately be cancelled. When this occurs, your trainer will contact you to inform you of the cancellation, and to help reschedule if you wish. Please note that if you choose not to reschedule, you will not be charged for the session.
